Loving To Fish

Updated: Mar 6, 2018

PLANNING AHEAD:

When ever we travel if there is a place to fish and there generally is I always enforce a day or two of chartered fishing into our vacation and I know what it is like to have great days and bad days of guided fishing charters. We always expect and hope for the best it can be and sometimes it doesn't work out that way that's why they call it fishing and not catching. I am always just happy being on the water with an opportunity to catch something, it is life enjoy it as we all know we only live once. As you can see in the above photo the Kenai River is a very popular place to try your luck at catching Alaska salmon so book your trips well in advance to get the quality guides and your choice of dates and times on the water. Alaska is a huge state you will not be able to see it all in one visit so save up extra money and plan on making a second trip in the near future. I have had many clients return year after year just to fish with me on the Kenai River many have fallen in love with Alaska and moved here to this beautiful state. July dates fill up very fast so remember to plan ahead and book some Kenai River trips with the Salmon Herder
